1. What are my payment options?

Pay in full at time of booking with credit card or bank wire transfer.

Pay in equal monthly credit card payments with last Payment March 10th. For example: 7 equal payments starting September 10th and finishing March 10th. is the cancellation policy?

2. What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 60 days before departure, and the land portion will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.

If you cancel within 60 days, the entire land portion will be forfeited.

The airline tickets are subject to airline penalties; each company has its own
contractual policies. If you cancel closer to the departure date, the penalties
will be higher -
Depending on the airline faire booked, most basic fares are non-refundable
but changeable. Some will require a change fee. Refundable fares may be
available for an additional fee at the time of booking.
3. The land price is based on hotel rooms with double occupancy. What is the price adder for single room occupancy?

4. How will meals work?

All hotels include half-board, which means dinner, the night of each stay, and breakfast the following morning.

Lunch is not included except for day 3 (April 14) when it will be provided. Break time for lunch will be scheduled, and each traveler will be responsible for purchasing their own lunch.

5. Will I need local currency for lunch and souvenirs or are US dollars or the main credit cards (Amex, VISA, MasterCard) typically accepted in both Israel and Jordan Tourist areas?

All expenses can be paid in dollars or credit cards, which accept all brands, both in Israel and Jordan. At the airport, you can exchange some dollars for shekels if it’s of the passenger's interest, but you should exchange only a small amount at a time. There are several currency exchange offices around the hotels, as not all of them do currency exchanges at the counter. However, on the streets, it is very easy to find exchange shops. In Jordan, it’s not necessary to exchange for the local currency; the dollar is accepted everywhere.

6. Do all the hotels we will stay at exchange money, or do I need to go to a bank or ATM in Israel and Jordan?

Usually, all hotels have ATMs with local currency.

7. Will all the hotels we stay at have laundry facilities and if not, which ones will?

All hotels offer laundry service for an extra charge

8. I understand I can pay for additional checked luggage at the airport beyond what the offered fare includes, but am I restricted as to how much luggage I can bring on the tour bus?

Since it’s a group, each passenger is allowed to check in 1 large suitcase and 1 small suitcase in the bus's luggage compartment; backpacks and bags must stay inside the bus with the person.
